Mothers agree that few things are as rewarding as giving birth to their babies. Some of the most empowering experiences of my life were when I gave birth to each of my 5 children, and it can be the same for you.
My name is Kirstyn Sierra, and for more than 25 years I have experienced and studied fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and caring for newborns.

Most new moms find that they have many questions about pregnancy, childbirth and baby care. If you are concerned that you may not be able to meet all of your baby's needs, let me reassure you. God made mothers with special intuition, and you will often know just what to do.
However, for the times when you wish you had the advice of a friend who has lots of experience with babies herself, you have me. I've had five home births, two of which were water births and I've been a breastfeeding mom for 15 years (with a small break during each pregnancy).
I have helped women in their quest to conceive and I've offered support through their pregnancies. I've offered encouragement when giving birth, and have provided guidance to new parents in caring for their newborns.
This site gives you a window into my life, as a mother of 5. I share a lot of personal stories and experiences coupled with some of the best pregnancy, childbirth, breast feeding and baby care information available.
